100% Aligoté grape variety, pressing of machine-harvested grapes, settling at 12° C, for 24 hours. Inoculation in yeast for FA. Native MLF, matured in vats until March and bottled.

Aligoté is a typical Burgundy grape variety characterized by its freshness and delicacy. If it is traditionally consumed with blackcurrant liqueur (Kir). Our Aligoté is fresh and can be drunk as an aperitif or with seafood with which it goes very well because of its salty and iodized side.
